I.Product Overview
The desalination system is specially designed based on the customer's raw water quality, and the water yield of the equipment is ≥ 97%. Its main process characteristics are as follows: This system is a first-class seawater desalination preparation system, which uses seawater as raw water, first undergoes pre-treatment, and then goes through RO reverse osmosis - deep desalination treatment, after a series of treatments, it can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, viruses, heat sources and other harmful substances and 99% dissolved salts in the water, and the system desalination rate is as high as 96~99%. The system includes the pretreatment part (seawater lift pump, lamination filter, raw water tank, raw water pump, mechanical filter, 5μm bag filter, dosing device), RO reverse osmosis part (equipment electronic control, high-pressure water pump, RO assembly, control sensor).
II.Core Technology and Principles
*Utilizing *reverse osmosis (RO) technology*, seawater is forced
through a semipermeable membrane under high pressure to separate
salt and impurities.
*An integrated *energy recovery device* recovers the pressure
energy of the high-pressure concentrated water, significantly
reducing system energy consumption.
*Includes a pretreatment system (such as sand filtration and safety
filtration), a reverse osmosis system, a chemical cleaning system*,
and an intelligent control system.
